How is Personal Training different from classes?
Personal training is completely tailored to your goals, schedule, and movement patterns. It’s a great way to build confidence and a strong foundation before (or alongside) group training. Learn more here.
-
What's the difference between group classes and specialty programs?
Group classes are ongoing and help you build strength and consistency over time. Specialty programs, on the other hand, are goal-focused and run for a set number of weeks. These programs are designed to help you build a strong foundation, support you through life stages like pregnancy and postpartum, or offer extra structure for more specific goals.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer free phone call consultations to help you determine which classes, programs, or personal training options are best suited to your goals. You can book your consultation here. We look forward to chatting with you!
