As a pre/post natal corrective exercise specialist, Kassandra loves to work 1:1 with expecting and new moms. Encouraging a gentle approach to fitness, she helps create a strong core & pelvic floor connection. Then applies this to functional weight training. Creating more ease and less pelvic floor dysfunction for her clients in everyday life and the future.

As a kinesiologist, Rachel has expertise helping people manage health conditions like type 2 diabetes and post-cancer recovery with exercise. Whether you want to build strength, improve your energy levels, sleep better, or reduce pain, Rachel will create an exercise program tailored to your goals.
