Steady Strength takes what you've learned and turns it into practice.

3-Week Beginner Program

December 8th to January 8th - OPEN
Mondays/Thursdays at 7:45PM
*Breaking over the holidays.
The dates are: December 8th & 11th, 15th & 18th, January 5th & 8th*
*Classes are capped at 8 Women
6 Session Packages - 2x per week @ *$150 plus HST
2 classes per week, 6 sessions total.
You are committing to the same time/day each week, classes can not be transferred to different times, unless organized separately..
This program progresses and builds week to week. Drop-in spots are not available at this time. Unless organized separately.

This 3-week program is dedicated time to focus on progressing your strength, learning how to move confidently and engaging supportive community.
What’s included in the Steady Strength Program?
6 in-person classes
These classes will take place at the Align MVMNT Studio at your sign up time every week. It can feel overwhelming to stay consistent, especially during the busy holiday season. If you keep saying "I need to keep this going" or "I can't let movement fall off right now" to yourself, then this is your SIGN to commit. We've saved your spot and built in the accountability, you just have to show up.

Old East Village, London - Align MVMNT Studio, 1010 Dundas St.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Anyone who has completed MVMNT Foundations and wants to keep building, OR anyone with some strength training experience looking to refine form, reinforce the basics, and build consistency during the busy season.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CLASS?
This class will be circuit-style, meaning you'll rotate through different stations with all your equipment ready at each spot. Together we'll begin with a mobilizing warm-up, review technique for the day's movements, then work through 6-8 strength-based exercises in a progressive format that builds over the 3 weeks. Of course, we'll finish with a proper cool down!
A few housekeeping notes for in person classes:
We have a change room onsite if you need to do a quick change, before or after your class.
Parking is best in the back lot, off Charlotte Ave. However, there is lots of street parking available along with the mini mart parking lot across the street off Dundas. The front entrance is off Dundas St. There is lots of space here to drop your shoes/coat and belongings.
We highly encourage barefoot training.. this is totally optional. As movement lovers, we can understand a LOT about how your body moves and aligns from looking at your feet. It also helps you ground into the space and see your own alignment.
Most importantly, this experience is so much more than just a workout. Exercise has a direct correlation to how we feel about our body, and our own individual journey with fitness. It’s emotional, intimidating and most likely out of your comfort zone. We know this, we have lived this! We encourage a diet culture FREE space. We move because we love and care for our bodies, not out of punishment. You do not have to EARN anything in order to move with us, we want you to show up, as you are, and make it the best hour of your day.
