Prenatal Strength 6-Week Program
April 14th - May 19th
8 spots available per class.
Exercising while pregnant is all about confidence. Confidence in knowing how to move effectively, safely and with proper technique. To build strength, support your ever changing body and to move in a way that can alleviate common aches and pains during pregnancy. Doing it all in a community of other expecting mamas!
During these 6 weeks together we will be using a variety of strength equipment to challenge the body. We will be incorporating proper breathing techniques and touching on effective pushing strategies.
Tuesdays at 5:35pm
- 6 Classes $116* (1x per week)
- 12 classes $194* (2x per week)
By purchasing a 6/12 class pass, you are committing to the same time each day/week. Please make any arrangements if you need to switch a class time, this can be done based on class availability. Email us if you have any questions about this.

Prenatal Pilates
This form of movement requires bodyweight or a few props to challenge the core and stabilizing muscles! Encouraging proper breathing techniques, Pilates is a low impact way to prevent common aches and pains in pregnancy. Keep the hips happy and create supportive core strength throughout every trimester.
This class is class pass based, or can be combined in the Strength & MVMNT package.

Strength and MVMNT Package
This ALL ACCESS package combines the 6 week strength program with 6 credits for Pilates or an additional strength class! Getting the benefits of stretch, strengthen and stabilization in all the Align MVMNT Studio has to offer.

Navigating prenatal fitness can be over whelming. Let us help you break it down! Curating a program and exercises for you and your ever changing body. We can help work through Pubic Synthesis dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain, and diastasis. Helping to ease piriformis/sciatic pain, SI joint pain, and low back pain.
