Postpartum Strength & Mobility Program
This in-person program is a perfect way to gently return to movement, reconnect with your core, and find support with other mamas in the same season. The best part is, your baby can join right along!
This program is for postpartum mamas (8 weeks to 6 months pp) looking to gently return to movement and rebuild core connection in a supportive environment. It's also a great next step after completing our Mama Circle program. Whether you're navigating prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, or diastasis recovery, this class meets you where you're at. Babies are always welcome in this space!
Who is this for?
Pricing & 6 week Program Registration
January 7th - February 13th
Wednesdays at 1PM or Fridays at 12:30PM
Each class is capped at 7 mamas.
6 Session Class Pack - 1 x per week @ $129* plus hst
1 class per week, 6 sessions total.
You are committing to the same time/day each week, classes can not be transferred to different times. Unless organized separately. Email us if you have any questions about this.

What’s included in the Postpartum Strength & Mobility Program?
Weekly in-person classes
These classes will take place in London every week. It can seem daunting as a mom to commit to a time every week, I get it! Think of this as accountability, to take the time to get out with your kiddo, bond with other mamas and focus on YOU.

Old East Village, London - Spent together in the Align MVMNT Studio, 1010 Dundas St.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Mamas 8 weeks to 6 months postpartum looking to gently return to movement and rebuild core connection. This class prioritizes functional strength, which means alignment, posture, and pelvic floor function above all else.
This class is designed to meet you where you're at in your postpartum journey. Babies are always welcome and can stay right with you during class!
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CLASS?
Each mama will have her own mat with all equipment at her station for the entire class. This gentle, mobility-focused workout includes movement prep, dynamic warm-ups, and full-body exercises using bands, blocks, weights, and Pilates balls. We'll work through movements in sequence together for around 45 minutes, then finish with a proper cool down.
If you prefer to drop in per class, instead of committing to the full 6 week program. This will only based on availability. Classes are capped at 7 mamas.
Solo Drop-in classes will be opened after the first week.
A few housekeeping notes for in person classes:
If you are bringing older children, totally fine! There is a seating area at the front if the play areas are too young for them.
Dress yourself and baby in layers! The Studio doesn’t have air conditioning, but lots of fans to keep everyone cool.
Bring snacks and your baby’s favourite toys! We will have lots of variety, but you know your little one best.
Most importantly, this experience is so much more than just a workout. I know as a new mama, it can feel intimidating to bring the baby anywhere. Will they fuss? Will they get hungry? Will they need to go to the bathroom? I GOT YOU. Your child’s well -being is the most important thing. If you need to stop and tend to your baby, DO IT. If you need to stop and change their diaper, or tend to them because they are crying, DO IT. You will be supported either way.
