This 8 session package is dedicated time to focus on progressing your strength, learning how to move confidently, and getting personalized coaching in a private, supportive space, just you and your trainer.

You will need:

  • Water bottle

  • No equipment needed, we will have everything you’ll need!

  • Workout journal - if you like to write things down!

Where will we be?

Our private 1:1 training space inside Align MVMNT Studio, 1010 Dundas St, London.

Who is this for?

Women brand new to strength training, looking to get back into it after time away, or wanting to improve technique and take it back to basics in a completely private setting. If you want more 1:1 attention, need flexibility with scheduling, are working around an injury, or just aren't ready for a group setting yet, this is for you.

What to expect?

Each session is 55 minutes, you'll start with a mobilizing warm up, move through your workout, followed by a proper cool down.

The first 4 sessions are a deep dive into the fundamental movements — your squat, hinge, push, and pull. Each session builds on the last, and you'll finish every one with a workout to put what you've learned into practice. By the last 4 sessions you're putting it all together with a longer workout that reflects everything you've built, and you'll feel the difference!

A few housekeeping notes:

  • We have a change room onsite if you need to do a quick change before or after your session.

  • Parking is best in the back lot off Charlotte Ave. There is also street parking available and the mini mart parking lot across the street off Dundas.

  • The entrance to our private 1:1 training space is at the back of the building, just off the parking lot.

  • We highly encourage barefoot training - totally optional, but as movement lovers we can understand a lot about how your body moves from looking at your feet.

Most importantly, this experience is so much more than just a workout.

Maybe you've had a bad experience with fitness before. Maybe you've been told to just push through, or felt like you were too far behind to even start. Maybe your body has changed and movement feels unfamiliar, even scary. Or maybe you've simply never done this before and the idea of walking into a gym feels completely overwhelming.

We get it. We've been there too.

This is a space where none of that matters. You don't need a fitness background, a certain body, or any experience at all. You just need to show up. We'll take care of the rest, one session at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.

We are a diet culture free space. We move because we love and care for our bodies, not out of punishment. You don't have to earn your place here, you already have it. Come as you are and let's make it the best hour(s) of your week!

Pricing

8 Session Package: $480 +HST

  • Sessions are flexible and scheduled around you - 1x or 2x per week

  • Sessions are held in our private 1:1 space
