Our Programs
Our MVMNT programs are curated for different demographics of women. Whether you are a beginner, a new mom, peri/menopausal, or recently pregnant. We have a supportive coach and a judgement free environment waiting for you.
MVMNT Foundations
This introductory program is for women who are new to strength training or getting back into it after time away. Together, we'll break down the foundational movement patterns, learn how to engage your core properly, and build confidence with every session.
Steady Strength
This program is for women who have completed MVMNT Foundations or have some strength training experience and want to build consistency and refine their form through progressive, beginner-friendly workouts.
Learn to Lift
This program is for women who have completed Steady Strength or consistently attend Beginner Strength and are ready to introduce barbells. Together, we'll learn proper technique, add progressive resistance, and build confidence with structured coaching.
Prenatal MVMNT
Maintain you strength and learn what is “safe and effective” for your ever changing body. From Strength to prenatal Yoga classes. We are happy to support your through this transition.
Mama Circle
This program is designed for moms 5+ weeks postpartum. Taking the time to reconnect to your pelvic floor, strengthen your core and be in among a supportive environment.
Postpartum Strength & Mobility
This class is for postpartum mamas (8 weeks to 6 months pp) looking to gradually return to movement and rebuild core connection. Great for prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, or diastasis recovery.
Mom and Baby MVMNT
This program is a way to focus on progressing your strength, while baby is with you. Either in the playpen provided or laying near you. Best for moms with babies under 1 year.
Mom and Toddler MVMNT
For moms with babies 12+ months OR with more than one child. Bring all your kiddos and get a great workout in. There is supervised play for the kids and a coach for mom. Focus on your strength and prioritize YOU!
Stroller MVMNT
This outdoor program is a great option for moms with busy babies who enjoy the stroller! Moving around OEV, this program is a low impact option for moms getting back to Strength and cardio movements.
