*You are committing to the same day/time each week - unless organized separately.

Any age kiddo is welcome! If you have multiple children, you are welcome to bring both as well. Our programming is also prenatal friendly!


To combine with Mom and Baby (Monday/Tuesday/Thursdays/Fridays) - Packages range from $189 (1 indoor & 1 stroller session) to $264 (2 indoor & 1 outdoor) or you can Email us here with questions or a customizable packages.

Strength & Cardio

4+ months postpartum

A full body class that combines strength and cardio to build stamina, endurance, and overall fitness. Expect more pace, continuous movement, and opportunities to push yourself a little harder while still supporting your core and pelvic floor.

Full Body Strength

8+ weeks postpartum

A supportive full body strength class focused on core connection, stability, and building strength at a steady, intentional pace. Perfect for early postpartum or anyone easing back into movement and wanting to feel strong and grounded in their body again.

Let’s break it down. What is included?

This 6-week program is dedicated time to focus on strengthening your body, connecting with your baby, and engaging in a supportive community.

What’s included in the Stroller MVMNT Program?

  • Weekly in-person classes
    We offer two class types so you can choose the one that feels right for where you're at. Full Body Strength at 10:30AM is designed for early postpartum and anyone easing back into movement at a steady, intentional pace. Strength & Cardio at 9:30AM is designed for mamas ready for more continuous movement, added pace, and cardio. It can seem daunting as a new mom to commit to a time every week, I get it! Think of this as your accountability, your time to get outside with your babe, bond with other mamas, and focus on you. A missed class can be made up during designated makeup classes or considered used.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Yoga mat

  • Water bottle

  • Pair of hand weights (3lbs, 5lbs, or 8 lbs)
    We can arrange to borrow if you need!

  • Mini Loop Bands - we have some for purchase!

  • Stroller, toys and snacks for your little one

Once registration has been completed, the official meet up location will be emailed out.

All sessions begin regardless of weather!

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Mamas at least 8 weeks postpartum. Both class types are also prenatal friendly if you are pregnant with a little one at home. We highly recommend taking our Mama Circle program in studio to prepare for these sessions, or seeing a pelvic floor physio to get assessed before exercising.

If you are closer to 6 weeks postpartum and looking to move your body, you’re welcome to join us! A good test to tell if you are physically ready would be to take daily 1 hour walks. If you can do so without pelvic floor feedback or dysfunction such as leaking, urge to pee, heaviness, increased prolapse symptoms, or joint pain, you are probably okay to join as long as your care provider agrees. Please note that the Strength & Cardio class is higher impact, so if you are newly postpartum we recommend starting with Full Body Strength.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CLASS?

Each class is approximately 55 minutes long. We will start with a warm up to get your body ready to move, followed by your main workout which will vary depending on your class type. Full Body Strength focuses on upper and lower body strength training, glute isolations, and low impact movement at a steady pace. Strength & Cardio follows a similar structure with more continuous movement, added pace, and cardio elements woven throughout. We will finish with a cool down, and when the weather allows we love to find some shade and take babes out of the stroller for some mat time together!

If you prefer to drop-in per class, instead of committing to the full 6-week program. This will only based on availability. Classes are capped at 10 Mamas plus instructor.
Solo drop-in classes will be $25 each and opened after the first week.

A few housekeeping notes for in person classes:

If you are bringing older children, totally fine, just please make sure they also stay in the stroller! This helps keep you focused and the children safe.

Dress yourself and baby in layers! It’s going to be a cool spring and hot summer, sometimes inclement weather occurs out of nowhere. Make sure you have a rain guard for your stroller!

Bring distraction methods for the little ones! Though we will try to keep them moving, you never know when they will decide they’ve had enough. Once enrolled your welcome email will include a few of my suggestions for different age groups. However, you know your baby best!

Most importantly, this experience is so much more than just a workout. I know as a new mama, it can feel intimidating to bring the baby anywhere. Will they fuss? Will they get hungry? Will I need to change their diaper? I GOT YOU. Your baby’s well -being is the most important thing. If you need to stop and feed your baby, DO IT. If you need to stop and change their diaper, or tend to them because they are crying, DO IT. You will be supported either way.
