If you have felt resistance about jumping in to a small group class, or hesitant to exercise for fear of injury, or perhaps you just haven’t found the right gym!

(Though we are not a gym.. not your ordinary gym anyway)

This beginner level program is a great way to feel strong, more confident and more connected to your body than you have in a long time.

  • Beginner MVMNT Program

    This beginner program is great for anyone looking to start their strength training journey, get back to the basics, and build consistency. Often accountability can be the biggest factor to maintaining a fitness routine. Over 4 weeks watch your overall strength increase, improve your mind-body awareness and increase your range of motion.

    With our knowledgeable coaches guiding you, you’ll spend the first two weeks reviewing the fundamental movements. Then the next two weeks we will add in these movements to create a full workout.


    For ANY age, no strength training experience is required.

  • 55+ Beginner MVMNT Program

    This beginner program is great for any female 50+ years old. Maybe you struggle with mobility or range of motion issues. We have kept this in mind for the exercises picked. This beginner program is a great way to start
    or get back to the basics of strength training. You’ll spend the first two weeks reviewing the fundamental movements. Then the next two weeks we will add in these movements to create a full workout

    For women over 55 (or around), no strength training experience is required.

  • Teen MVMNT Program

    July 15th - August 19th → Registration is now open!


    This 6 week program is for teen girls (ages 12–17) who are new to strength training, want to build strength for everyday life or sports, or are looking to feel more confident in their form.

    Whether you’re just getting started, returning to movement after a break, or hoping to improve your strength for the activities you love, we’ve got you.

    Each week, we’ll kick things off by breaking down one foundational movement, giving you time to learn proper technique and feel confident moving your body.

    After that, we’ll dive into a strength-based circuit, where you’ll move through different stations focused on building full-body strength. We’ll finish class with a guided cool down to help your body recover and reset.

    No previous experience is needed, this program welcomes all fitness levels!
