This hands on in-person workshop is all about helping you feel strong, capable, and connected to your every changing body. You’ll learn how to strength train safely and effectively in a way that supports your body—not just for now, but for birth and postpartum, too.

We’ll break down:

  • Foundational movement patterns for pregnancy

  • How to breathe and move with your core + pelvic floor

  • What to modify and when—because every pregnancy is different

  • How strength training can support you physically and mentally

Move with confidence, strength, and ease through every stage of pregnancy.

This is for you whether you’ve never picked up a weight or you’ve been active for years. Come learn, move, and connect with other mamas in a supportive space.
