This hands on in-person workshop is all about helping you feel strong, capable, and connected to your every changing body. You’ll learn how to strength train safely and effectively in a way that supports your body—not just for now, but for birth and postpartum, too.
We’ll break down:
Foundational movement patterns for pregnancy
How to breathe and move with your core + pelvic floor
What to modify and when—because every pregnancy is different
How strength training can support you physically and mentally
Move with confidence, strength, and ease through every stage of pregnancy.
This is for you whether you’ve never picked up a weight or you’ve been active for years. Come learn, move, and connect with other mamas in a supportive space.
