Kassandra Fuller
FOUNDER & OWNER
Hi, I’m Kass! Nearly nine years ago, I started as a personal trainer running small group sessions — and over time, that grew into something so much more. Through two pregnancies, backyard workouts, and opening Align MVMNT Studio, I’ve stayed committed to creating a space where women feel truly supported and seen.
For me, movement is medicine, but community is just as powerful. Almost three years in, I’m proud that Align has become a vibrant, welcoming space where women can fall in love with movement and reconnect with their bodies — and I’m so excited to support you here!

Baillie Sanderson
FITNESS DIRECTOR // TRAINER
Hi, I’m Baillie! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Coaching. Over the past three years, I’ve worked with women of all backgrounds, helping them build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with movement.
I grew up a competitive athlete, and when those days ended, I fell in love with strength training as a new way to challenge myself and explore what my body was capable of. Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same — moving out of love, not punishment, and discovering just how strong and capable they really are.

Rachel Liebusch
LEAD PT // TRAINER
Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a Registered Kinesiologist with a Bachelor’s degree from Western University and a Master’s in Kinesiology from U of T. Over the past several years, I’ve had amazing experiences working with cancer survivors to help them regain strength and energy, and with people living with type 2 diabetes to use exercise as a tool to manage blood sugar. I see movement as a powerful way to improve your mood, sleep, energy levels, and confidence.
What really sets Align MVMNT apart for me is the community. I love being part of a space where women can come together to grow stronger and more resilient, both physically and mentally.
In addition to group classes, I offer one-on-one personal training to create personalized plans that help you feel more confident in your movement and build a routine that fits your life.

Olivia Snelgrove
TRAINER
Hey, I’m Olivia and I’m super excited to be apart of this amazing community at Align MVMNT! I did my undergrad in Kinesiology at Western and I’m a London local! Throughout my studies I’ve really enjoyed learning about exercise physiology and the amazing things our bodies can do! Outside of school I have a huge passion for fitness. I’ve had lots of ups and downs but I’m finally at a place where I view movement as a form of self love. Other things I love include books, coffee, Harry Potter, and my super cute doggie :) I hope to create a safe and welcoming environment, as well as share and pass on my love for fitness to everyone who comes in!

Mari Udarbe Han
PRENATAL TRAINER
I’m a registered physiotherapist with 13 years of orthopedic experience treating a wide range of sports and musculoskeletal injuries. I currently work as an MSK Assessor and Advanced Practice Provider at London Health Sciences Centre, and I’m also an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University. I'm actively involved in research on health justice and am the owner and operator of 519Physio. My physiotherapy practice is located within 519 School of Hip Hop, a local dance studio and community hub for artists. Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find me upside down on an aerial hoop, strength training, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. Inspired by my own journey into motherhood, I’ve been reframing my practice to better support patients who are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or postpartum. I’m so excited to connect with and support the Align MVMNT community!

Ana Leme
TRAINER
Hi, I’m Ana! I’m a Personal Trainer Specialist, and a Somatic Yoga and Pilates Instructor—and I’m thrilled to be part of the Align Community! My mission is to inspire movement that feels good—supportive, empowering, and deeply connected to the body.
My movement journey began years ago through yoga, jiu-jitsu, and running, and it continues to evolve as life unfolds. Today, my holistic coaching is rooted in a trauma-informed approach that meets each person exactly where they are. I’m passionate about helping people move beyond perceived limitations, reconnect with their bodies, and most importantly—have fun along the way. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me gardening, dancing in the kitchen, or playing with my three dogs.

Nicole Slegers
TRAINER
Hi, I’m Nicole! My journey as a fitness coach began with an opportunity in CrossFit certification; leading to a deep appreciation for functional fitness, discipline, and community. As a lifelong learner with a background in health sciences, my curiosity led me to advanced study in yoga, completing a 500-hour YTT program and becoming a Thai Yoga massage practitioner. My presence will cultivate breath awareness, positive self-talk, pushing comfort zones, and embodying a state of groundedness. Whether I am coaching a high-energy group fitness session, leading a slow flow yoga practice, or working 1:1 with clients; I am rooted in the ethos of Metta (loving-kindness), the lens of functional anatomy, and intuitive guidance.
