“Loved being a part of the 6 week mama and baby workouts in studio and stroller. The workouts were intense and always different. I felt a huge improvement in strength over just 6 short weeks! Kass and the studio are both so welcoming, always easy to show up as you are. Each instructor was very thoughtful and offered tons of advice for workout form and modifications. And they were great to entertain the babies so the mamas could really get a good sweat! Positive vibes all around :)” — SD

Kass is truly amazing - she is so accommodating and always ensures that I’m doing movements correctly, watching my posture, and offering modifications when needed (which was a lifesaver for my tight hips after pregnancy)! What really sets her apart is how incredible she is with the babies. She creates such a welcoming and safe environment, making sure both mom and baby comfortable. I’ve seen her console a crying baby while simultaneously coaching a mom on her form... Her ability to multitask is unreal!
