This program is designed for teen girls (ages 12-17 who want to move with confidence, discover their strength, and learn how to train safely.

Our 6 week, female-only program is designed to help teens improve body awareness, build strength, and develop a positive, judgment-free relationship with movement. No previous experience is needed—this program welcomes all fitness levels!

6 Session Package @ *$132 plus HST

  • When: Once a week, Tuesdays at 9:00AM

  • Includes a make up class at the end of our 6 weeks together.

  • To be used within the 6 week program period - credits cannot be carried over. Unless organized separately.

Flexible 3 Class Pass @ *$69 plus HST

Let’s break it down. What is included?

This 6 week program is dedicated time to focus on progressing your strength, learning how to move confidently and engaging supportive community.

What’s included in the Foundations MVMNT Program?

  • Weekly in-person classes (1x per week or drop-in with flexible 3 class pass)
    These classes will take place at Align MVMNT Studio on Tuesdays at 9:00AM each week. Trying something new can feel a little nerve-wracking. But you don’t have to do it alone. This program is all about learning, growing, and getting stronger together, in a supportive space with other girls who are showing up just like you. No pressure. No judgment. Just a chance to build confidence, feel good in your body, and have fun along the way!

  • 10% off an Align MVMNT class pass, membership, or other program after 6 week completion
    We know you will want to keep moving after this program! Take everything you have learned and head to a class, or dive into another program.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Water bottle

  • No equipment needed, we will have everything you’ll need!

  • Workout journal - if you like to write things down!

Old East Village, London - Spent together in the Align MVMNT Studio, 1010 Dundas St.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Teen girls (ages 12–17) who are brand new to strength training, looking to get stronger for everyday life or sports, or wanting to build confidence in their technique.

Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, getting back into movement after time off, or looking to level up your strength for a sport you love, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build a strong foundation in a supportive, all-female environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CLASS?

- > Each week, we’ll kick things off by breaking down one foundational movement—giving you time to learn proper technique and feel confident moving your body.

After that, we’ll dive into a strength-based circuit, where you’ll move through different stations focused on building full-body strength. We’ll finish class with a guided cool down to help your body recover and reset.

A few housekeeping notes for in person classes:

- We have a change room onsite if you need to do a quick change, before or after your class.

- Parking is best in the back lot, off Charlotte Ave. However, there is lots of street parking available along with the mini mart parking lot across the street off Dundas.

- We highly encourage barefoot training, this is totally optional. As movement lovers, we can understand a LOT about how your body moves and aligns from looking at your feet. It also helps you ground into the space and see your own alignment.

Most importantly, this experience is so much more than just a workout. Exercise has a direct correlation to how we feel about our body, and our own individual journey with fitness. It’s emotional, intimidating and most likely out of your comfort zone. We know this, we have lived this!
